We played Lake View twice, mainly since they are the only ones who responded to enquiries. We all agree that playing the same course twice is actually a good idea since you can plan out the second round better.
The course is in very good condition and the facilities are excellent. They had a large driving range off the pro-shop, bar area where many people sat with 100 balls and just spent a couple of hours practicing and drinking.

Rosie and Bruce’s caddies were not very good on the first day and Bruce kept going in every bunker between the tee and the green. Most of it was poor planning and poor information from the caddy. The course has a huge number of bunkers in the landing zone off the tee and around most greens. There was also water down the edge of most fairways. Bruce didn’t lose any golfballs, but still wasted many shots. Rosie is struggling with her back so her swing isn’t too consistent.
The second day Bruce planned his game better, particularly to avoid bunkers.

As you can see, his game was much better. Unfortunately he lost 3 balls in the water and was lucky to play some good recovery shots around the greens, otherwise his score would have been a lot worse. Rosie still struggled with her back.
Neil is hitting the ball miles but unfortunately is struggling with consistent approach shots and his bunker shots, which are usually good, occasionally shoot over the green into diabolical trouble.
We are all playing very competitively off the stick so there is a real competitive edge to every hole.
